Moving on Roots
12-2pm Hilly Fields Park SE4 1LB
This is an update that we have two more locations available for Moving On Roots.
Previously some participants of Moving On .... chose to work in their local environment and we asked if people were happy to hold a space for others so as to avoid travelling across London.
You are now very welcome to attend their locations. However step by step, these are the places we are talking about:
Highgate Woods. North London. Space held by Chrys Papaioannou
Hyde Park / Kensington Gardens/ Battersea / Regents Park are all options for West London and is currently awaiting interests from people. Space held by Moya
This does pose practical concerns so in case you would like to join one of those groups
- email info.exitmap@gmail.com. I will then forward your email to those people who can reply with you directly with you when and where to meet.
You will still need to register via Eventbrite however which is now open for registrations. Make sure you don't book too late!

Also one important practicality in that respect! check your travel options well before to make sure to be on time. Public Transport is tricky these days.
Other classes and events available by artists involved with Moving On ...
Openly Spaced Out
initiated by Exit Map, non-hierachical/ open source is a WhatsApp group where people say I am going to Hilly Fields at a certain time to check if people want to join. It’s an independent practice, not led but supported by being together. It arrived from our Shared Practice . Let us know if you would like to join by emailing info.exitmap@gmail.com
Move with the SeasonsBy Monica Giacomin
Saturday the 21st of November 12.30pm to 2.30pm
This is an all weather outdoor exploratory event which (unless dangerously stormy) will definitely go ahead although we keep the duration and timing fluid. We will be on One Tree Hill, closest stations Honor Oak Park and Crofton Park.
This is a more intimate setting than Moving On and less out in the open to fine tune our ability to connect the body/mind to the natural elements around us - trees, wind, rain, textures - for an exploration of what is possible with what we have via improvisation, solo work and (physically distanced) group work.
Respectful of current restrictions I offer a safe container for self led individual practice whilst still having a sense of partner work and group dynamics. It is open to all levels but you will need to bring curiosity and a willingness to embark on what is less comfortable to meet nature in all its wildness.
Places are limited and Pre-booking is necessary. Registration open until Friday midday. Please email Monica at centredmind@gmail.com
donation based.
Please feel free to share this email with friends near & around SE4 that have an interest in improvisation!! you can also share https://upload.facebook.com/events/902530420277359/
