The beginners level will be about tuning into sensing and freeing the body, exploring the myriad options for contact & support.
The mixed level is about tuning into sensing and freeing the body,
deepening options of contact & support and enjoying the play with gravity & momentum ……to find full bodied and confident dancing.
The mixed level is open to all. Previous movement experience is desirable.
