structured ensemble improvisation exploring Nancy Stark Smith's Underscore
The Friday night jam is a space for improvisers from all backgrounds to come together in a dance environment. Each session is introduced by a guest artist, bringing their own approach to facilitating mixed art form improvisation. The session begins with a half-hour warm-up, followed by an open space for jamming. All levels of experience welcome.
