Contact Improvisation was born out of martial art principles and requires not only skill, but also a mindbody state. In order to dance contact improvisation in safety, a state of whole presence and ability to read each moment by moment is required. With the dance as teacher, come and exercise the muscle of presence and awareness and grow physically able to trust not only your partner, but also your own ability to meet each moment whether you are falling or flying.
