Class and the Brighton Jam

These classes are mainly taught by Charlie Morrissey and by guest teachers from time to time.

One Sunday in every month

The class runs from 11 – 12.30 and the jam from12.30 – 3pm

Class only: £6/£5
Jam only: £6/£5
Class and jam: £10/£8

Where

Either at The Natural Health Centre, Regent Street, Brighton or at The Nightingale Theatre above the Grand Central Pub next door to Brighton Train Station.
