Movement & Improvisation (Space to Move)

This class is drop in - you can come when you have free time or you can commit to Friday mornings of dance.
But more then that - this class offers an opportunity to discover in depth the fundamentals of the moving body; we use anatomical imagery to reconnect and clarify our relationship with our structure, develop our body awareness, and movement possibilities. It is a concrete journey and explorations in the facts and poetics of our human body, space and time , and each other.
