Winter theme is THE BODY - attending to the body.
This is not a class but a session, open to all abilities and from different disciplines. It often includes some experienced Contact Improvisers and is mostly made up of dancers. There has always been at least one musician playing live.
Session begins with a simple warm-up and each evening I present (or briefly discuss) a theme to help us get together, feel safe and be inspired. (This winters themes will be body related so that we can find ways to look after our bodies in the cold AND let our imaginations lead.)
